Do clients and recruiters see you the way you see yourself?
Baِriz is a two-minute positioning check. You describe your specialisation. Then colleagues and clients describe it anonymously. You get the gap between the two, what it is costing you in referrals, and the first thing to fix.

THE ONLY SENTENCE THAT MATTERS
Opportunity doesn't arrive because people admire you.
It arrives when someone, in a room you're not in, finishes this sentence:
"I know someone who helps design teams with broken design systems in e-commerce."
Every blank they get wrong is work that goes to someone else. This assessment measures how many people in your network can fill in all three.
What you do
Wrong search, wrong shortlist
You get referred for work you don't want, and filtered out of the work you do.
When to call you
Right person, wrong moment
You get called too early for budget, or too late to shape the decision.
Who it is for
Introduced to people who can't buy
Warm intros that flatter you and go nowhere.
How it works
Six steps. The first three are free.
Two minutes from you. One minute from each person you send it to.
- 01
Say what you do
Pick your field, the problems people call you for, and who you do it for. That is your claim.
Most people find their exact sub-niche within 10 seconds of typing.
- 02
Send one link
Colleagues, clients and peers answer the same three questions about you. Anonymous, under a minute. We write the message, you paste it.
Most people get 8 to 14 answers in the first week. Five is enough for a report.
- 03
See where they disagree with you
Your claim next to their read, question by question. Scored against chance, so a lucky guess does not count as agreement.
Free, once five people have answered.

Most tools ask you to take their word for it. This one shows the number.

Mastery · $49 onceA third reading at day 90 and a closing report with all three side by side.
Three readings is where movement stops being noise and starts being a trend.

A real report
Everyone has a blind spot. Here is one, measured.

WHAT YOU GET
Most reports name the gap. This one closes it.
Six things in your report, in the order you will use them.
can describe your work correctly, end to end
- 40%
can describe your work correctly, end to end
01One number, in plain English
"4 in 10 people in your network can describe your work correctly, end to end." We only count people who got all three parts right, so a good average cannot hide a bad spread.
- Right Work, Wrong Room
People know your craft and when to call you, but not who it's for.
You get introduced to people who admire the work but cannot buy it.
02A diagnosis, not a dashboard
One of eight archetypes. One sentence. One cost. Five seconds to know which shape you are in. Tap the name to see the full card.

03Scores that don't flatter you
Agreeing with you on a 5-option question is easy. On a 304-option question, it is not. Every score shows its chance baseline, so 50% never gets congratulated twice.

SEVEN WAYS TO BE MISREAD. ONE WAY TO BE LEGIBLE.
Most positioning problems are one of eight shapes.
Your report names yours in one sentence, then what it is costing you.

Anonymity
Anonymity is more than a setting. It's Baِriz's architecture.
There is no column in Baِriz's database linking an answer to a person. Not for you, not for admins, not for us. We could not tell you who said what if we wanted to.
Only totals, ever · Nothing shown until 5 people have answered
This is the whole table. Notice what is missing.
What your colleagues will see
They will know you are running a positioning check. That part is visible by design, and it is a normal thing for a senior professional to do. They will not see anyone else's answers, and neither will you. Only totals, only after five people have answered.
We write the message. You paste it.
You get a pre-written note for LinkedIn, WhatsApp or email. It frames the ask as an accuracy check, not a compliment request. Most people send it to 15 to 20 contacts and hear back from 8 to 14.
Honest scoring
We don't congratulate you for luck.
Guessing your exact specialism is a 1-in-304 shot. Guessing your challenge type is 1-in-5. Scoring both the same way is how tools tell people they are fine when they are not.
Every score shown against its chance baseline

FAQ
Questions worth answering before you start
Most people get 8 to 14 responses in the first week. We give you a pre-written share message and tell you exactly how many more you need. Measuring is free, so you only pay if you want the fix.
Your colleagues will know you're running a positioning check. That part is visible by design. They won't know what anyone else answered, and neither will you. Only aggregates are shown, and only once enough responses are in.
Nobody can see who said what. Not you, not Baِriz, not anyone. There's no field in the database connecting a response to a person. It's not a policy we follow; it's a column that doesn't exist.
It's the opposite of asking for compliments. Baِriz's scoring is deliberately built so that agreeing with you by pure chance doesn't count as a real signal. Plenty of reports come back uncomfortable, not flattering.
People soften feedback when their name is attached to it, and "you're great at what you do" isn't actionable anyway. Baِriz measures one specific thing instead: can someone describe your actual work correctly to a third party?
Your named diagnosis and a shareable badge are free once 5 responses land. It's a diagnosis, not a personality type. Act unlocks your ranked action plan, with copy-paste blocks and email check-ins to keep you on track. Mastery adds a three-wave, 90-day re-test program, with a corrective action plan after each wave.
Baِriz works well outside tech. The taxonomy spans 24 domains and 304 specialisms, from art to HR to capital markets, and it keeps growing. Real answers so far have come from fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, edtech, real estate, gaming, media, telecom, logistics, manufacturing, energy, government, non-profit, professional services, automotive, agriculture and consumer goods.
Baِriz is fully available in Arabic: the assessment, the report, and the action plan. It's a parallel, native experience, not a translation layer bolted onto the English version.
Measuring is free forever: your self-assessment, up to 20 anonymous responses, your per-axis scores, and your named archetype. Act costs $22 once and adds unlimited responses plus your ranked action plan. Mastery costs $49 once and adds a three-wave, 90-day re-test program. Responses past 20 are held and counted the moment you upgrade, so nothing is lost. If fewer than five people respond, you pay nothing.
No. Your report is private. The badge is optional.
No. They see three questions and a thank-you. Nothing about your results.
